Blazer Jobs is seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide full-time coverage for maternity leaves in Roselle and Wood Dale, Illinois. These temporary but full-time positions offer the opportunity to work with supportive teams dedicated to helping students build communication skills and confidence.

About the Role
The SLPs will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for students across multiple grade levels. Youll collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to ensure individualized, evidence-based support for each learner.
You will:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy sessions and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance documentation
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and families to integrate communication goals
- Support an inclusive and engaging learning environment
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License (required)
- CCC-SLP certification or CFY eligibility
- Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $40$55+ per hour (based on experience and certification)
- Full-time W-2 contract | 37.5 hours per week | MondayFriday
